Answer and direct church phone calls and messages
Organize and schedule church appointments
Write and distribute letters, emails etc.
Plan meetings
Maintain contact list
Update and maintain church policies and procedures
Provide general support to New Church Visitors
Act as point of contact for internal and external church matters
